To access our testpapers, you require to have the following system configuration. CLICK HERE to check your system configuration.

If your memory is low (64 MB or below) or you are also using dialup, it will take longer time for the papers to load. Once you generate the paper, click the 'end' button on your keyboard, wait till you see the last page, then click the Print button on the screen.

REQUIRED PLUG-INS

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader ver. 5.0 and above:

* To upgrade to newer versions, you may have to uninstall your previous acrobat reader.


INTERNET EXPLORER SETTINGS

  1. Configuring Internet Explorer (IE)
    Open IE.
  2. Click Tools Menu at the top of the IE page.
    Click Internet Option.
    Go to Security Tab.
    Make sure the 'security level for this zone' is showing as Medium.
    If not click default level button.
  3. Go to the Privacy Tab, make sure it is also medium or else click default button.
  4. Go to the Advanced Tab, click restore defaults.
  5. Click OK button.


CLEARING YOUR TEMPORARY FILES

  1. Open Internet Explorer (IE)
  2. Click Tools Menu at the top of the IE page.
  3. Select the Internet Options
  4. In the middle section of General Tab, Temporary Internet Files,
    Click on Delete Cookies, then click on OK button.
    Click on Delete Files, tick/check the box for "Delect all offline contents",
    then click OK button.

  5. Click OK button.


ENABLING POP-UPS

You need to enable pop-up or ad for your Internet Explorer. If you could not see a pop-up page that displays the testpaper, you may have the following pop-up blocker, ad blocker or security software installed in your computer. Please follow the instructions on how to enable pop-up or ad when you access our testpapers system.

Right Click on the "Go" button
(on the right hand side of the Address bar of your internet explorer).
Uncheck or remove the tick for Yahoo Companion, Web Search, Norton etc.

  • Broadband internet connection (the preferred way)
  • Dial-up internet connection (a little slow, but still works)

SCREEN RESOLUTION AND MONITOR

  • A 17" monitor with a resolution of 1024 x 768 is recommended.
  • A 15" monitor with a resolution of 800 x 600 is the minimum requirement.


PRINTER REQUIREMENTS

  • You require a printer to print the testpapers.
  • Laser Printer is recommended.
